How to make a reservation

If you need any help with making a booking, please follow the instructions below.

STEP 1: Your journey
The first screen is divided into 2 parts: 'Your journey' and 'Options'.
In the “Your journey” section, please indicate:

The pick-up point (From)
Your destination (To)
If the "Additional stops" section is available, enter the additional stops you need.

Then, in the "Options" section, please indicate:

If your trip is one way or round trip
Number of passengers and number of suitcases
Your pick-up date and time (and return date and time if applicable)
If pickup is from an airport, please enter the flight number
Select other desired options or promotions currently available
If Meet & Greet is available and selected, please enter the passenger's name later in the remarks field or email the company logo
Baby seat or booster seat (please enter the weight and age of the child later in the remarks field)
Wheelchair (please indicate later in the remarks field if it is a foldable, normal or electric wheelchair)

When you're done, select "Next Step"

STEP 2: Select the vehicle
Choose the price or vehicle you want for the ride (if multiple vehicles are available at that time)

Then select "Book Now"

STEP 3: Personal data

If you are a first-time customer, please enter:

The sex of the person making the reservation, by ticking the correct button – male or female
The first and last name of the person making the reservation and their mobile phone number

(If the passenger is different from the person making the booking, please enter the passenger's name and mobile phone number in the remarks box)

The email address to which we should send a confirmation email of this booking request

(If we don't have the correct email address, we won't be able to send the booking confirmation)

Add any additional information in the remarks box that may be helpful to our driver to ensure a safe and enjoyable trip

If you are an existing customer, please enter:

Your username and password (sent with your first booking acknowledgment email)

If you have forgotten your password, click on the link below and we will send you a new password

Select "Next Step"

STEP 4: Payment / Confirmation
If the passenger is going to pay the driver, select "Pay Later"
If you want to pay in advance and have a PayPal account, you can use your existing account for payment.
For customers who do not have a PayPal account, you can either proceed by creating a new account ( or pay online using any major credit card.
Whether you pay in advance or not, your reservation will be confirmed by email. This email will contain the itinerary details and your customer access information
Once we have verified the reservation and assigned a driver, you will receive another email confirming your reservation.
For subsequent bookings, simply log in and enter your travel details.
